You Will Be:

• Researching and understanding user needs and behaviors through user testing, focus groups, and other research methods.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the design concept and user flow.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure that design concepts align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conducting design critiques and usability testing to refine design concepts and improve user experience.
• Staying up to date on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Strong skills in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as an understanding of web and mobile design principles
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and time management skills
