Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and agency teams, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Develop detailed project briefs and manage campaigns from inception to delivery.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Provide clients with regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Address and resolve client queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional agency services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client market dynamics to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  •  2-3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A problem-solver with a client-focused mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
