  • Following up on leads and winning new clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Understanding client needs and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to ensure delivery.
  • Maintaining project management sheets and creating monthly content calendars.
  • Following up on payment collection and maintain all contracts and agreements.


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing and experience in account management
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Analytical decision-making and management skills
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
